The professional team who have carried out the design consists of architects Pringle Brandon Perkins + Will and Building Service Consultants Maleon.
Wates Interiors are the principal contractor and Phoenix have been appointed to partner them to carry out the full M&E Cat A&B refurbishment.
An office development of 6 No. floors (lower ground, ground, 1st to 3rd floors and roof) and was originally constructed in 1970’s.
Includes open plan office areas, on Ground, First & Second Floors totalling approximately 11,000m2 with the Third floor containing Café, Restaurant, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms and Plantrooms. There are new toilet facilities at Ground, First, Second & Third floor with new shower & toilet facilities at Lower Ground Floor. The ground floor comprises the main entrance, reception, offices and circulation spaces. A large atrium rises from ground floor to roof level and provides natural light to the office floors and the reception. At lower ground floor level there is also a Wellness Centre, the DPC, Plantrooms, stores and engineers workshop.
Phoenix were responsible for the full coordination of the services with the architectural design intent, and drawings were produced on site with support from our head office. These were issued to the professional team for approval and reviewed during workshops both on site and at Maleon’s offices.
