Phoenix were appointed to undertake the Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Shell & Core installation and commissioning works on the Battersea Phase 2 Project within the Retail Areas, Food Hall, Cinemas, Events, Heritage Areas and the External / Public Realm works.
Phoenix worked with the Design Team to develop the MEP design. Phoenix prefabricated the Landlord distribution services by installing multi service MEP modules. Each Retail Unit was delivered with a prefabricated mechanical PHX skid c/w Controls, Valves and Energy Meters. The rear walls in each Retail Unit was installed with an electrical prefabricated service head and a dedicated BCWS supply.
