Works undertaken included a mechanical, public health and BMS shell and core installation serving 14 office floors and a ground floor retail / street food type market hall. Installed services were not limited to 4 number 1.3 MW chillers on the roof, a fully offsite prefabricated boiler house comprising 4 number 1 MW boilers associated pumps, pressurisation units, 2 number fully refurbished Air Handling Units and a new fire pressurisation system upgraded to current standards utilising the existing building constraints and a new motorised damper installation. Like the BMS the public health infrastructure has been fully stripped out and replaced with new.
