Delivered on programme, with all key milestones and sectional completions achieved as planned, the project reflects the dedication, coordination and technical expertise of the entire delivery team.
Spanning 360,000 sq ft across 17 floors, the development provides a state-of-the-art workplace with a high-specification auditorium and events space, a fully equipped fitness centre with yoga and spin studios, collaborative workspaces, and a terrace café with panoramic views across the city. Together, these spaces create a technically advanced environment that supports the evolving expectations of contemporary workplaces.
