Train our staff – A better future is a team effort. The sustainability team undertakes training with each of the departments to ensure each has the knowledge and tools to conduct their work in a low-impact manner
Provide Technical excellence – Our design and sustainability teams have the training and experience to guide projects of the highest sustainability calibre.
Track our impact – utilising carbon accounting software to measure our scope 1, scope 2 and scope 3 emissions.

Green Certification

Green certifications are essential in modern construction, demonstrating sustainability in design and execution. At Phoenix ME, all management undergo certification training, supported by dedicated sustainability experts to ensure compliance and best practices.

Embodied Carbon

Embodied carbon in MEP systems can be challenging to track. At Phoenix ME, we collaborate with suppliers to obtain EPDs or support TM65 calculations, storing all data in a central library to streamline future projects.

Operational Carbon

The majority of energy consumed by a building is through our systems, therefore their specification is important. Our internal building physics team can simulate the building to help guide design and specification of systems.
