Led by our Learning and Development team and supported by a structured internal training resources, this programme is tailored to help you thrive. From your first day, you’ll be guided by experienced engineers, work on live projects, and develop the skills needed to succeed in the building services sector.
You’ll be learning through doing — applying your knowledge on site while progressing through formal qualifications, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Programme Overview
Our engineering pathway gives you exposure to both mechanical and electrical elements of building services. You’ll build a strong foundation through hands-on work and college-based learning, while developing your problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
You’ll work towards:
- BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Building Services Engineering
- Progression to HNC in Building Services Engineering

- Duration: 3–4 years (based on qualification progress)
- Location: Phoenix ME Head Office (London) and live project sites
