Complex Scope Across Live Systems

The extensive scope included CDM compliance, validation surveys, major plant and equipment movements, groundwork, and construction of new MV/LV switchrooms, modular switch rooms, and fuel pump rooms. MEP works covered design, coordination, and full installation of cooling systems, pipework, ductwork, power, BMS, security, lighting, fire detection, suppression, ICT, and loadbank testing.

All systems were installed and commissioned in close collaboration with Equinix and aligned to their commissioning standards and ASHRAE Levels 1–5. PME also delivered client training, record documentation, and handover support, while adhering to all safety protocols (LOTO, EHS, and safe energisation). The project continues to progress within a live operational environment, ensuring zero disruption to the client’s ongoing data services.
