Netflix is a CAT B fit out of circa 87,000 sq ft of commercial office space for Netflix’s new office space in the West End of London. From the existing CAT A installation, including stripping out of existing CAT A M&E systems, introduction of new meeting rooms, commercial kitchen, tea-points, MDF and IDF’s room to suit, print/copy points, wellness spaces, specialist acoustic spaces (screening room and edit suits) and open plan office space.
Works undertaken included the installation of on floor FCU’s, grilles, cooling systems to serve the new MDF/IDF rooms, lighting control, new specialist lighting, fire alarm, extract fans and air handling unit for new commercial kitchen.
