SMBCE is a commercial fit-out of the Regional Headquarters for a leading International Bank in a prime financial district overlooking Broadgate Circle.
The project involves the fit out of Levels 3, 4, & 5 of 100 Liverpool Street from Shell & Core to CAT B installation. This includes installation of M&E Plant on Level 11 Roofs including interconnecting risers through multi-tenant office floors.
The building combines modern office environment, including formal and informal meeting areas and 3 level auditorium. The office levels also offer a variety of catering and relaxation areas to cater to all occupants. Smart Building technology is being used to improve the comfort and energy efficiency of the office environment .
PME have been employed to carry out the installation of the fit-out M&E services and resilient power and cooling to MER & SER’s across all levels. The scope of which includes the design development, co-ordination, procurement, supply, fabrication, manufacture, delivery to site, offloading (including lifting facilities and distribution to work places), assembly, installation, supervision, inspection, testing, commissioning, setting-to-work and ongoing performance monitoring.
