Multiple High-Specification Data Centre Deliveries Across a Key European Region
Phoenix ME is delivering the electrical fit-out for this project, a fast paced hyperscale data centre development in Skien, Norway. The scope includes four data halls with a combined 172 MW capacity, an office building, electrical and mechanical yards, and site infrastructure. With over 240 operatives expected at peak, the project requires rigorous coordination of containment, cabling, distribution boards, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.
To ensure safe and timely delivery, Phoenix ME has implemented strict HSE protocols, comprehensive risk assessments, and robust logistics planning, including customs clearance, material storage, and site accommodation. Legal compliance has been secured through Magnus Legal, covering work permits, DSB registration, and collective labour agreements. Despite challenges such as weather, workforce rotations, and international supply chain pressures, Phoenix ME’s structured approach and specialist teams are positioned to achieve phased handovers while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality
