We’re pleased to announce that Phoenix ME has re-engaged on the prestigious 20 Ropemaker project in partnership with Structure Tone London. This high-profile development is progressing at speed, with both teams working closely to meet key project milestones and deliver quality results across every stage.
High and low-level first fix works are well underway across 18 of the 20 available floors, including the rooftop plant area. Ceiling void closures have now begun, marking the transition into second fix activities. Meanwhile, critical infrastructure installation has been completed, and commissioning is now in full swing.
