We recently hosted three sessions of our 2026 Safety Summit, bringing together our operatives and supply chain to share experiences, challenge thinking and explore how everyday decisions can influence safety outcomes. Through realistic scenarios, participants considered how competing priorities, workplace pressures and seemingly small decisions can gradually contribute to serious safety incidents.
The sessions encouraged open and honest discussions around the choices and behaviours that can prevent incidents from happening in the first place. By creating space for reflection and learning, the Summit reinforced our shared commitment to recognising risks earlier, making better decisions and strengthening a proactive safety culture across our organisations. Safety remains, and will continue to be, our highest priority.
