Last week, the team behind 30 Grosvenor Square came together at Flight Club London to celebrate the project being named Phoenix Project of the Year at our company conference earlier this year. The transformation of the former US Embassy into The Chancery Rosewood was one of Phoenix ME’s standout projects, reflecting its scale, complexity and the strength of the team behind it.
The site team, alongside colleagues from our head office support functions, came together to mark the achievement and reflect on what was a genuinely collective effort. The success of 30 Grosvenor Square is a testament to the technical expertise, close coordination and shared determination of everyone involved in delivering this landmark project.
