Recently, Phoenix ME’s Stage 3 apprentices reached a significant milestone in their journey, spending the day focused on building and refining their apprenticeship portfolios, a crucial part of their final assessment process. The session was supported by Kevin Cleverley from JTL, who provided valuable guidance on how to showcase their development, from technical skills to on-site experience.
The day marked an important opportunity for apprentices to reflect on how far they’ve come and begin taking ownership of their progress. With three years of learning behind them, this stage of the programme is about recognising the full scope of their achievements and preparing to transition into the next phase of their careers. As Labour Manager Ray Higgins noted, it’s a time to acknowledge the journey and the hard work that’s brought them here.
