21 Moorfields is the 568,000 sq ft London headquarters of Deutsche Bank, located directly above Moorgate tube station. This high-end fit out and N plus 1 infrastructure spans 16 floors, comprising open plan offices, client meeting rooms including a chef’s table, traders floors, tech rooms, formal and informal restaurants, an auditorium, plantroom levels and a dedicated wellness facility. The building is a structural first, supported by 16 super piles measuring 2.7 metres in diameter and driven 80 metres deep to bridge the underground station below. 21 Moorfields also achieved prestigious sustainability credentials with BREEAM Excellent and LEED v3 Gold ratings.
