We are pleased to announce the completion of the CAT B fit-out works on a major project in the City of London. Originally constructed in the 1990s, the 7,000m² building spans ground to Level 6, with a double-height basement accommodating back-of-house areas, car parking and plant rooms. The project has transformed the existing building into a modern, flexible facility.
The fit-out provides a range of specialist rooms, office and consultation spaces, flexible work areas, public waiting and circulation zones, secure routes and associated support spaces. Our works included modifications to the existing building services, including plant replacement where required, with existing systems retained and adapted wherever possible and redundant services removed as necessary to meet the new design requirements.
