Last week, we hosted an electrical careers workshop at our major Shell and Core project with Mace Construct in London. Young people from Construction Youth Trust had the opportunity to learn more about the diverse career pathways available across the construction sector, with a particular focus on electrical apprenticeships.
Our Social Value team shared insight into early-career opportunities and introduced the group to Phoenix ME, while Senior Project Manager Wayne Turvey spoke about his own career journey and current role before leading a tour of the live site. We are proud to support initiatives that give young people valuable insight into the rewarding career opportunities available within construction.
