One of our major regional life sciences projects has reached another significant milestone, with the final 347th prefabricated module delivered and installed on the fifth floor in May. This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of the site team, alongside everyone involved in delivering the project.
Progress remains strong against the contract programme, with the project currently forecast to complete 12 weeks ahead of the original practical completion date. Power-on, along with the filling of the heating and chilled water systems, is scheduled for July 2026, marking the next key stage in the project’s delivery.
