Throughout the day, the team visited 17 Phoenix ME sites, covered 22.7 km, and took nearly 29,000 steps. But the impact went far beyond the numbers. The walk created space to pause, talk, and reflect — encouraging conversations that don’t always happen on-site. From laughter along the route to moments of meaningful discussion, the experience brought our values of care, support, and togetherness to life in a memorable way.

Events like this remind us that taking time away from the day-to-day is essential to creating a culture of wellbeing.
