Precision Planning Delivers Key Installation

Phoenix ME has reached a significant project milestone at 41 Lothbury, delivered in partnership with Mace Fitout and Retrofit. After more than a year of detailed planning, the roof plant crane lift was successfully completed — a complex operation involving the safe installation of the Air Handling Unit (AHU) and two extract fans. The lift was carried out with the expert support of Mechanical Movements, ensuring a smooth and secure installation process.

Progress Continues as Rooftop Phase Concludes

The successful completion of the lift marks the latest achievement in the programme, moving the project steadily forward. As the rooftop phase draws to a close, Phoenix ME remains focused on maintaining momentum and delivering to the highest standard.
