Smart Systems and Specialist Finishes Throughout

The project brought together over 70 types of specialist luminaires, blending exposed service areas with traditional suspended ceilings. PME installed bespoke lighting features, low level power bar systems and hard wired SWA networks to support kitchenettes and specialist floor finishes. UPS systems were added to protect two main data frame rooms and 16 intermediate rooms, with all services supported by new rising busbar systems. Advanced lighting controls and full AV integration ensured tailored scene setting across all areas. Fire detection was extended with fully addressable systems, PAVA and aspiration detection. The project was completed on time to an exceptional standard and received excellent feedback from the client.
