The electrical scope included new containment systems, LV systems, and UPS infrastructure serving trader desks. Twelve SER rooms were installed to support trading floors, powering world clocks, office zones, and wall outlets. These featured STS and PDU units fed by alternate UPS sources, ensuring continuous operation and redundancy. 4P tap-off units were installed for integration with existing submains.

High-level power was delivered via modular wiring systems for all FCUs, AV systems, and specialist equipment. Services also covered cellular meeting rooms, refreshment hubs, kitchens, toilets, plantrooms, and risers. PME carried out full MEP testing and commissioning, including air quality and heat load validation.
