Phoenix were appointed to undertake the Electrical Infrastructure installation and commissioning works on the Battersea Phase 3A Project. The scheme delivered 540 new high end residential properties across three 15 storey buildings along with 44,000sq m of basement/carpark areas and 13,000 sq m of retail space.
Phoenix developed the electrical design to achieve NERs compliance and completed the installation inline with our NERS accreditation. The apartment utility cupboards were prefabricated off site and delivered as a complete “plug and play” arrangement to aid the speed of installation on site.
