This is a purpose built facility being constructed in an existing car park and basement with a separate Energy Centre containing the main switchgear and generators. There is also a vast mechanical plant area with 5no chillers situated in the chiller compound at basement level.

MECHANICAL – Chillers and associated Plant, CHW Pipework, In Row Cooling Units, Rear Door cooling units, DX Cooling systems, Lagging, Watermist and Hypoxic systems, Trace Heating, Leak Detection
IT SYSTEMS – Racks, Hot aisle containment, Fibre Cabling & terminations, Copper cabling & terminations, Rack Mounted PDU’s
