On World Safety Day, we launched a simple campaign with a clear message: “I will get home safely.” From that point through to the end of Construction Safety Week, teams were asked to make a personal pledge to themselves and to each other, committing to the role they play in achieving that goal. The response reflected strong engagement across the workforce.
Safety remains our highest priority, but the focus goes beyond compliance, aiming to embed a culture where safe behaviours are instinctive and wellbeing is actively prioritised. It is about taking ownership, speaking up, and never overlooking hazards. Thank you to everyone at Phoenix who took part — not just as a formality, but with genuine commitment.
