The electrical scope includes the installation of core infrastructure systems critical to building functionality and energy management. This encompasses transformers, high- and low-voltage switchgear, main control panels (MCPs), and comprehensive electrical distribution systems. Busbar distribution has been implemented across all levels, with integrated lighting control and photovoltaic (PV) systems incorporated to maximise energy performance and provide flexible, future-proofed solutions for tenants.

Integrated Mechanical Systems & Sustainability Measures

Phoenix’s mechanical works include extensive air-handling and extraction systems, smoke extract installations, and advanced heating and cooling technologies. The building is served by both air source and water source heat pumps, with low-temperature hot water (LTHW) and chilled water (CHW) distribution networks supporting climate control. Sustainable water management is prioritised through rainwater harvesting, grey water systems, and full hot and cold water distribution. Public health installations have also been delivered to ensure safe and efficient water and waste management throughout the facility.
