Phased Delivery of Complex M&E Infrastructure
Phoenix ME, in collaboration with STRUCTURETONE, undertook a comprehensive project as M&E contractor undergoing the installation of 3 x 4.5 MW three-story buildings in the Netherlands
Each of the three phases involved the deployment of a range of essential systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. Among the installed assets were four chillers, transformers, and generators, alongside four ring main units (RMUs) and electrical points of delivery (EPODs), all of which formed the backbone of the building’s M&E infrastructure. Additionally, sixteen critical room air handling units (CRAHs) and two air handling units (AHUs) were integrated into the system to regulate environmental conditions within the facility.
